How many passengers and bags fit?
Sedans seat up to 3 with light luggage; SUVs and the Sienna minivan handle 4–6 with full bags; stretch limos and Sprinter buses carry larger groups. Tell us your headcount and bag count and we'll recommend the right vehicle.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes — request infant, toddler, or booster seats when you book and we'll have them installed before pickup.
Do you offer Meet & Greet at O'Hare and Midway?
Absolutely. Your chauffeur can meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, then help with your luggage to the vehicle.
